"You can never have too much knowledge": how staff training is organised at an Ossetian agribusiness holding company

An agro-industrial holding company specialising in non-alcoholic beer production, agriculture and the restaurant business operates in the Republic of North Ossetia–Alania. Its history began in 1994 with the opening of a small brewery in Vladikavkaz, and today it comprises three steadily growing enterprises – ‘Agrofirma Fat’, ‘Fat-Agro’ and a chain of restaurants – with a total workforce of over 1,300 people.

In 2022, the Corporate University was established within the company’s structure, with Irina Azimova – former Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of South Ossetia–Alania and Deputy Chair of the republican government – appointed as its director.
