The "Gallery" shopping centre, situated in the very heart of Vladikavkaz, opened its doors to residents and visitors to the republic on 28 October 2023. It brings together a selection of unique brands from Russian and international manufacturers, many of which had not previously been available in Ossetia. The shopping centre is also home to cafés that have long been favourites with the town’s residents.

The two-level underground car park at the shopping centre, with a capacity of 100 spaces, is the first of its kind in the republic. It is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and is free for all shoppers. There are also plans to open a car wash in the future.

Highlighting the project’s social significance, Zelimkhan Bitarov explained that this unique shopping centre had created over 100 jobs. “In terms of the social aspect, we have created over 100 additional jobs. This includes our own staff, as well as the staff of our partners and our tenants – we have endeavoured to bring together brands that do not overlap with one another. Most of them are domestic manufacturers, but there are also shops that have now established supply chains and stock imported goods: clothing and footwear, as well as jewellery and cosmetics shops. Our ‘Jersey’ café is also on the third floor. I hope the shopping centre will prove popular with our residents,” he added.
