The staff and ambassadors of the Tbau Mountain Water joined forces to overcome the difficult route together and enjoy the beauty of the mountain peak.

The Bayern team, which included employees of the company, head of the development department Khetag Bitarov and sports ambassadors Azamat Bekoev, Tamerlan Kulaev, Khetag Sabeev and Batraz Sabanov, conquered one of the most picturesque peaks - Tbau, which is about 3,000 meters high.

Before they could set off, the participants faced difficulties, which became a real test of strength. Despite the different levels of physical fitness, the common path brought them together in their desire to move forward, no matter what.

Kazbek Tandelov, the operator of the media center, who participated in the Tbau ascent for the first time, admitted that the route turned out to be more difficult than he expected. According to Kazbek, the participants decided to add excitement and organized a mini-competition in which he and cameraman Mikhail Bezuglov shared third place. He also noted that despite the difficulties, the emotions were vivid, and the company organized a delicious table downstairs, which was the perfect end to the day.

For Kirill Kusov, the manager of the warehouse complex, this rise was his debut, and he remembered it for a long time. Kirill said that even before the start of the ascent, he was told that the ascent could take about five hours, and he did not take it seriously. However, according to Kusov, when the real ascent began, he realized how serious the challenge was. Despite his fatigue and pain, Kirill appreciated the opportunity provided by the company to participate in such events.

When the team reached the top, they saw a breathtaking panorama of mountains, gorges and Kazbek. The flag of Bavaria was unfurled at the top.

According to the participants of the ascent, this event allowed them to get to know themselves anew, to discover new reserves of strength and perseverance. It is especially important that such moments make the company not only stronger, but also bring employees closer together, because real unity is born in the process of overcoming difficulties and celebrating victories.

Tbau has been conquered, but ahead of Bayern are new peaks, new challenges and new stories that will remain in the hearts of those who have dared to rise above themselves.
