The exhibition unites eight thematic halls, each of which reveals a separate chapter in the history of the company and the region.
The first hall is dedicated to the history of Ossetia and the Nart epic. Here, visitors will learn about ancient traditions, national heroes, and brewing culture rooted in Ossetian folklore. With the help of interactive guides and video installations, one can see how the customs of the ancestors inspired the craftsmen to create a drink that has become a symbol of Ossetian hospitality.
The history of the Bayern company is presented in the second hall. Using multimedia technologies, guests can trace the entire path of the product – from grain to the finished drink – and see how flavors familiar to many generations are created.
The following halls introduce you to the companies that are at the root of the company's success. In the Agrofirma FAT hall, guests are greeted by a "coming to life" model of the plant and a unique collage of portraits of employees, reflecting the collective contribution of the team. The FAT-AGRO hall demonstrates the processes of growing and breeding crops that serve as the basis for high-quality raw materials, showing the harmony of modern technologies and centuries-old agricultural traditions.
A real surprise awaits the guests in the laboratory space. Here, everyone can feel like a real brewer: choose ingredients, mix them, create their own drink, and even come up with a label design.
The route through the museum ends in the tasting room, where you can taste the company's products, appreciate the subtleties of taste and aroma, as well as look into the company's store with exclusive drinks and themed merch.
The opening of the interactive museum of Bavaria will be a significant step in the development of industrial tourism in Ossetia. This format, which is gaining popularity throughout the country, allows you to see the production from the inside, get acquainted with the technologies, people and philosophy of the company.
